Dr. Pier Luca Bencini, graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Milan in 1978. In the following years Dr. Bencini specialized in Dermatology, Venereology and Urology. Dr. Pier Luca Bencini is well known in Italy for his great commitment to research and innovation in the field of dermatology. Dr. Bencini is a major figure in the field of Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine. In fact, he is the Scientific Director of the Institute of Surgery and Laser-Surgery in Dermatology (ICLID), but not only. Dr. Bencini is a member of the Italian Association of Ambulatory Dermatology, the American Academy of Dermatology and the European Laser Society of Dermatology. He is also a member of the Italian Society of Surgical Dermatology and Oncology, founding member of the Italian Society of Laser Dermatology (SILD) and was Vice President of the Italian Society of Laser Dermatology. Dr. Bencini is a founding member and vice president of the Italian Society for Radiofrequency in Plastic surgery, Aesthetics and Dermatology, founder and coordinator of the Italian High-Tech Network in DermatologicalSciences. Scientific Director of HI-TechDermo Magazine. He is the founder and first president founder of I.L.A.D. Italian Laser Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Bencini is also:

• Professor of Aesthetic Surgery at the Dermatological Surgery perfectioning courses at the Cattolica Gemelli University in Rome.
• Lecturer at the University Master of Dermatology at the Dermatology Clinic of the University of Siena.
• Professor at the School of Dermatology at the State University of Modena and Reggio.
